Established in 2014, Dr. David Farrugia provides comprehensive legal and business advisory services, with a particular focus on Corporate, Business and Commercial Law. His practice assists entrepreneurs, companies, investors and corporate clients in navigating the legal and regulatory considerations that arise throughout the establishment, development and operation of a business.

As an authorised and licensed Company Service Provider regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), Dr. Farrugia advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company formation and structuring, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, commercial agreements, investments, business transactions and ongoing corporate requirements.
